1-2 lbs turbot fillet
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Saffron
Bread crumbs
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1) preheat oven to 400
2) coat bottom of baking dish with olive oil
3) sprinkle thyme on olive oil
4) layer fish on thyme
5) sprinkle with salt and pepper
6) mix yogurt with saffron
7) spread yogurt evenly over fish
8) sprinkle top with breadcrumbs, and more salt and pepper
9) bake for 20 min or longer until fish is done
