Broiled Figs with Blue Cheese and Honey

Pretty simple.

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Slice off the stems of each fig, and cut crosswise down almost all the way to the base. Open each fig up, keeping them together at the bottom.

  3. Crumble 1 tsp of blue cheese inside each opened fig.

  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp honey on each fig & cheese.

  5. Place on a pan and broil until the blue cheese melts.

  6. Serve.
