Instructions
Let the dough rest for a bit in a small bowl coated with olive oil, covered with a damp cloth. Sit it on top of the oven while it is preheating.
Sauté a bit of garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then add 1 small can of tomato sauce and a bit of oregano. Heat until just bubbling, then turn down to a simmer. Do this as early as possible to allow the sauce to thicken.
When the oven is hot, sauce the pizza dough, slice up some mozzarella, and add some parmesan cheese.
Cook at 500°F for about 8 minutes.
