Sometimes the sauce comes out better than others. This is a good one.

Instructions
Brown the meats together in large pot with some olive oil. You may need to spoon off excess fat and water to ensure you are browning and not steaming.
Remove the meat to a bowl. Do NOT clean out the pot.
Add some more olive oil and heat.
Saute celery and onions until translucent.
Add meat back in and stir.
Add milk and heat on medium high heat until almost evaporated completely, stirring regularly.
Add tomatoes and remaining spices, including salt and pepper.
Bring to a light "bubble", then turn down and simmer for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour, stirring regularly.
