Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Prepare muffin tins by coating with butter and dusting with white flour. Or use cups.

  3. Mix dry ingredients (flour through cloves) in a large bowl.

  4. Mix milk, pumpkin, sugar together in a medium bowl.

  5. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk together until smooth. Sugar will likely not be completely dissolved.

  6. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir together until just combined.

  7. Spoon into prepared muffin pan, and bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. Let cool. They taste better after cooling.
