Turbot with Saffron Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle thyme on the olive oil.

  4. Layer the fish on top of the thyme.

  5. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.

  6. Mix the yogurt with saffron.

  7. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the fish.

  8. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs, and more salt and pepper.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes or longer until the fish is done.
